Getting Started in our CrossFit program is as easy as these simple steps:

1. Essential reading, read this stuff first and foremost

- Download a free copy of the CrossFit Journal article "What is Fitness"
- Download a free copy of the CrossFit Journal article "CrossFit Foundations"
- Browse the CrossFit.com web site for even more information.

2. Set up a free INTRO appointment

So you've read the articles and want to give it a shot? Contact us by phone or email to set up your intro session.
Our INTRO session is a complimentary one-on-one training session during which you'll get a chance to learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. It is by appointment only and is a prerequisite for taking a class. It's purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. After your INTRO, you can choose one of several membership options that give you access to our group fitness program and classes.

3. Beginner Classes

This series of classes is designed to give the newcomer in depth instruction of CrossFit's fundamental movements. Each class will contain aspects of technical instruction, practical application, and FUN! CrossFit is scalable to ABSOLUTELY ANY FITNESS LEVEL. With that being said, on day 6 there will be an evaluation to determine the next course of your training.

4. CrossFit Classes

The WOD (workout of the day), this is where the magic happens. Armed with solid technique and an understanding of what to expect you are ready to tackle the WOD. Here is where you perfect and fine tune technique, learn advances skills, conquer your goals, and test your absolute limits. Come ready to make friends, compete, and join the community......3,2,1, GO!
